Then, utilising cutting-edge technology we create seal design using Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) approach – there are a number of factors that we consider in our quest to achieve a functioning seal. This reduces our time-to-market and total production costs significantly.

Gathering The Customer’s Requirements And Functional Project Creation:

This is the most important step of the project gathering a precise requirement by our Sales Team. We at Triumph Engineers work with you to understand the project details like manufacturing complaint materials, application areas, cost, timeline and other specifications. It allows to develop consistent and well thought product.

Preparing The Design For The Project Development:

The requirement then travels to our engineering department,
where the idea is put on paper (electronically speaking) basis the
specifications of the design request. A price is generated based on
volume, along with prototype pricing.

Developing The Prototype And Implementing Adjustments:

This Once the pricing is approved, it s time to develop the prototype. Our goal is to keep the part as close as possible to a production part. We make the development route clearer by providing prototypes that customer may touch and tweak before going into full production. Prototypes are a crucial part for building the end solution. It also helps us to completely asses the product design and performance.

Mass Production Of Standardized Products:

At this stage, we prepare the final manufacturing drawings, along
with production routing to ensure we mirror the approved
prototype. During this process, a quality audit is conducted to
ensure the sales order is complete, and correct documentation for
the order is staged while the order is being processed. The finished
product moves into shipping, where we once again complete the
proper quality paperwork, along with a review of required
customer documentation

PROTOTYPE

We partner leading materials suppliers around the world to source our materials, that are complaint with Industry regulations and standards. Prototype lots are produced and submitted to customers for user trials and feedback.

MASS PRODUCE

Upon approval from the user trials bulk production is taken up. Each seal is inspected and dimensions recorded to ensure quality, reliability and efficiency!
